The handcrafted tufting technique belongs to high-end customization. Due to the unique nature of the technique and the handmade process, the chosen pattern's complexity should match the production size. For the same pattern, the larger the size, the better the final result.

📏About Custom Product Size Tolerance
Carpets are soft objects, and after manual cutting, a tolerance of ±3 cm is considered normal.

🔎About Custom Product Color Variation
Tufting customization involves colored products, and we will select the closest yarn colors possible. However, there may be color variations compared to digital samples, which are beyond our control and are not considered a quality issue. Please note that all products are handmade. If you are very particular about minimal color discrepancies, please consider carefully before making additional purchases.
