Returns Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your clothing purchase, you may request a return or exchange subject to the following conditions:

The request for return or exchange must be made within 30 days of the original purchase.
The clothing items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all tags and labels attached.
Personalized or customized clothing items may not be eligible for return unless they have manufacturing defects or quality issues.

Items purchased on sale or during a promotional event may have different return eligibility, which will be specified at the time of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refund Process
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a manufacturer's defect or our error.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange clothing items for a different size, color, or style, please indicate your preferences when requesting a return. We will make every effort to fulfill your exchange request, subject to availability.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive clothing items that are damaged or defective, please contact us immediately to arrange for a return, exchange, or refund.

Final sale items
Final sale items generally cannot be returned unless they are damaged or faulty. If this is the case with your final sale item, please contact our global Customer Service team.

Made-to-order items
Due to the nature of made-to-order items, and the fact they have been specially created for you, we can not accept returns unless the items are damaged or faulty when delivered to you.
