Custom Embroidery Digitizing Service

🚨IMPORTANT:
To request a personalized digitized design and receive a customized price quote, please follow the steps below:

• Fill out our Custom Digitizing Service Request Form: Form Link

• First, send the image and embroidery size you need to be designed via email (jpg, png, or pdf).
• Within 24-48 hours, we will review your submission and create an adapted price quote tailored to your specific needs.
• Once you are satisfied with the quote, proceed with the payment option corresponding to the quoted price.
• After receiving your payment, we will digitize your design, a process that typically takes 4-5 days, and then send you the digitized file to your email.

❄️Design Price:
If the logo is simple, the cost will be lower. However, for more complex logos or images with poor quality (pixelated), additional charges may apply. In such cases, extra work is required in another program before digitizing it for embroidery.

• Specify the exact size of the design.
• Ensure the required file format is compatible with your embroidery machine.
• If the logo contains letters, please share the font name.
• To expedite the process and reduce costs, send a high-definition file.

If you encounter any difficulties, please inform us, and we will promptly resolve the issue. There are no extra charges if you decide to make changes to size, colors, sequence, number of stitches, or type of stuffing.
